We are offering FREE Regular Shipping service on ALL Orders delivered to USA Addresses including APO and Hawaii. Use the
button when add the item to cart.
We may choose to use USPS (First Class Mail, Media Mail or Priority Mail), UPS Ground or Fedex Ground, whichever we think that it is most suitable for your order.
We may combined multiple orders in a single shipment, or separate multiple items order in different shipments.
All shipment (**see exception note #1) will have a traceable tracking number. We will send you shipment notification email along with the tracking number when your order is ready to ship.
In most cases, we will ship in stock order within 24 hours upon payment made.
We will email you if the item is on back ordered and estimated delivery date will be provided.
Once your order is being shipped, you should receive it in about 2 to 5 business days for non-sales item. For sales item, we may use USPS Media Mail which will takes 2 to 14 business days to reach you. (Hawaii and APO addresses will take longer)
Insurance can be purchased at $3 for every order. We are not responsible for any loss or damage item if the package is not insured.
We will provide FREE Insurance if you purchase at least 3 titles at once. This does not apply to customer with APO Address.
Expedite Shipping by USPS Express Mail can be arranged with an extra cost. Please email for more information.
**Exception Note #1
- Due to shipping cost increased, but we have not increase our price and still offering free shipping within USA. All 1 disc item in a single shipment will be shipped by USPS First Class WIHOUT Delivery Confirmation Number.
- If you wish your 1 disc item in single shipment to shipped by USPS First Class WITH Delivery Confirmation Number. Please add "Shipping Service with Delivery Confirmation" to your order.

We provide free shipping to our Canada Customers for most items. Use the
button when add the item to cart. But, we may charge a low shipping fees ($1 ~ $3 each) for certain titles.
If the items that you've purchased requires additional shipping fees, we will send you a paypal invoice for the fee.
We may choose to use USPS Airmal or USPS Air Parcel, whichever we think that it is most suitable for your order. These 2 services do not have an online tracking number.

You may choose to return an un-opened item in its good and new condition you purchased from us.
You must notify us within 7 days upon receiving of the item and ship back the item within 3 business days upon receive our authorization of the return.
Return item must pack securely in bubble wrap and sealed box. You are responsible for the return postage.
We do charge a 40% fees for all return, which we need it to cover our re-stocking fees, shipping and handling fees to ship the items to you, packing supplies and administrations fees. Meaning, we will only refund 60% of your purchase price.
Opened item is strictly NON-RETURNABLE for a refund.
- Un-opened Item
- You may choose to exchange an un-open item to another title. You must notify us within 7 days upon receiving of the item and ship back the item within 3 business days upon receive our authorization of the exchange.
- Return item must pack securely in bubble wrap and sealed box. You are responsible for the return postage.
- You are responsible to pay the different if the exchanged item is of higher value. We do not issue partial refund of the exchange item is at lower value.
- You are responsible to pay for the shipping, handling and packing fees of the exchanged items.
- Opened Item
- Opened Item cannot be exchanged for a different title. We only accept exchange of opened item in the even that the item is defective. We will replace defective item with the SAME title only.
- You must notify us of any defective within 14 days upon receiving of the item and ship back the defective item within 7 business days upon receive our authorization of the exchange.
- You are not require to ship back the whole set to us, only ship back the defective disc.
- You are responsible for the postage to ship the defective discs back to us.
- For customers within USA, we are responsible for the USPS First Class postage (without delivery confirmation #) to ship the replacement discs to you. If you choose to have delivery confirmation # for the replacement shipment, please send along US$0.50 cash per disc along with the defective disc.
- For customers outside USA, please send along US$1.00 cash per disc along with the defective disc. This is use to cover the return postage back to you. We will waive the US$1.00 per disc fees, if the replacement discs is sent along with a new order.
- We usually ship replacement disc within 5-15 business days upon receive of the defective return.
- In some event that the replacement disc is not in stock, we have to order it from our overseas supplier which can takes up to 21 days.
