Story line:

Stand Up!!” is the story of four schoolboys who are virgins and don’t want to be anymore. This is a story of summer - love, friendship, school, family, the hypocrisy of adults, complications of life, experience and failure... It is set in an everyday shopping district and shows through sex the clumsiness of children who have developed a little later than their peers. It’s a bright romantic comedy that both young and old can appreciate.

Shohei Asai (Kazunari Ninomiya) is the shy but kind son of a pharmacist. Kengo Iwasaki (Tomohisa Yamashita) is the only one in the group with a girlfriend. Hayato Udagawa (Hiroki Narimiya) is an attractive boy, until he opens his mouth. Koji Enami (Shun Oguri) is an energetic stalwart but has no girlfriend. They all have one thing in common - they are virgins. And they don’t want to be anymore.
