Story line:

After graduating from the high school, the water boys went on their separate ways. Masatoshi had been always wanted to go the prestigious Tokyo University Medical School and hopefully one day takes over his father's clinic. However, as hard as he was studying, he only was able to get into Agricultural Major. His father was rather disappointed, and Masatoshi was not able break the news to his high school sweetheart Kyoko who moved to US soon after Masatoshi school graduated. Masatoshi decided to take the exam again and soon found out he failed on the most important subject which was biology. After talking to his professor, they strike a deal the only way he will be allowed to pass biology is to take on a biology project and he will be away on an island.

Once he got there, he met three high school boys that will change supposedly a boring summer and memory that will last for the life time.
