A family of five who lives in the rural area of Japan, like every family in the world, they all have to deal with ups and downs in life as a family. One day, they found out that their mother Yumi is dying of a incurable illness. Yumi made promise to herself, before she leaves, she has to finish her job as a mother, a wife and a daughter. The painful news also has put a huge dent on a family who has been struggling financially. The oldest son Gou is working at a gas station who uses all the money toward Mom's medical bills.
